WHAT IT IS Neri Cash is a cash-flow copilot for small businesses. It reads the owner's books, bank and customer messages (email, WhatsApp, PDFs, even scanned invoices), projects cash 13 weeks ahead, and every morning shows three things to do today. Each one has its dollar effect on the lowest cash point, a needed-by date, and a ready-to-send draft email. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT - Messages become forecast changes, with the customer's own words cited. When a customer writes "we'll pay once our customer pays us, early January", Neri quotes it, moves the invoice and shows the new low point. Nothing changes until the owner taps Apply. - One invoice, counted once. The same invoice arriving as an accounting export, a PDF, an email and a WhatsApp message is linked as evidence, never double-counted. - Ask Neri, in plain English or by voice. "Can I make payroll?" gets "No: payroll on Dec 25 takes you to -$5,500, $40,500 under your $35,000 line", followed by the move that fixes it. What-ifs like "What if Evergreen pays two weeks late?" are recomputed by the engine. - Code computes, Claude judges. All money math is deterministic code. Claude reads messy documents and messages, explains, and drafts, and a number check blocks any figure Claude can't trace to the data. - Safe by design. Neri only reads. It never sends a message, pays a bill or moves money, and every change waits for the owner's OK. - Works for any small business. One engine with swappable business profiles: trading/import, restaurant, agency, contractor. - Try it in one click. New users can load a fictional sample business on an empty account and clear it any time. HOW WE BUILT IT Five lanes, one shared data contract frozen at 11:00, synthetic fixtures so every lane could build in parallel, and every change as a GitHub issue plus a PR. Each of us drove Claude Code agents in our own lane. The result: about 260 PRs and over 1,600 automated tests, with CI on every PR and auto-deploy to Fly.io from main.
