Checks every payment an AI assistant tries to make against your QuickBooks bills and your own list of approved supplier accounts, and stops ones that look wrong, like a new bank account or a look-alike email address. After each task it gives a verdict per bill (verified, issues found, not paid) by comparing a tamper-proof log with your books, including whether the AI's own summary matches what happened.

Best for: Small businesses that use QuickBooks Online and want to let an AI assistant pay supplier bills without checking every payment by hand, such as bakeries, shops, and contractors.
